Can't make it?

Up to 3 days before the workshop you can pick another date free of charge. It does have to be within 6 months (we'd actually like to see you ;)). Let us know via the contact form.

Last-minute change of plans?

Within 3 days you can no longer rebook, but you can send someone else in your place. Your best friend, your mum, your neighbour with the model railway: all welcome. Refunds aren't possible, unless we cancel.

No 14-day cooling-off period

A workshop ticket is for a fixed date, so the legal 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply. That's the law, not us being mean. #sad

Is the workshop cancelled?

With fewer than 4 participants, or if Stefanie is ill, you'll hear by 1 day before at the latest. You choose: another date or your money back.

Coming with your company or a group?

Then different arrangements apply for rescheduling and cancelling. You'll find them in the FAQ on the Workshops for companies page.
